Volunteering with our organization is about more than giving time—it is about building community. Whether you are serving or donating meals, welcoming guests, or simply sharing conversation, volunteers play a vital role in creating a space where people feel seen, valued, and supported. Every shift is an opportunity to make meaningful connections and directly impact the lives of neighbors in our community.

Individuals, families, businesses, faith communities, and community groups are all welcome to sign up to provide a meal. Whether you cook a homemade meal, organize a group to prepare dinner, or bring in a meal from a local restaurant, your generosity helps us care for our neighbors.

Help create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for our guests. Volunteers can sign up for available shifts. Responsibilities may include welcoming guests, helping with meals, keeping shared spaces tidy, assisting with basic shelter needs, and providing a friendly, supportive presence.

Help nourish our community by donating a bulk meal or soup for the Cafe. Meal donations support neighbors seeking food, connection, and a welcoming place to gather. We gratefully accept donations from individuals, restaurants, churches, and community organizations.

Help prepare and serve meals, assist with cleaning, and create a welcoming space for community members. Volunteers play an important role in making the Cafe feel warm, safe, and inviting for everyone. Shifts run from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
Volunteer sign-ups open in early fall—check back soon for opportunities to get involved!
